We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team in Trichy. As a key member you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients through minimally invasive procedures guided by cuttingedge imaging technologies. Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

  • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including angiography embolization stent placement biopsies and drainage procedures.
  • Utilize fluoroscopy ultrasound CT and MRI to guide procedures ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Interpret imaging studies to diagnose conditions and plan appropriate interventions.

PatientCentric Approach:

  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine the most suitable interventional radiology procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with patients explaining procedures associated risks and benefits in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and response during and after procedures.

Collaborative Care:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals including radiologists surgeons and referring physicians to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss complex cases and formulate effective treatment plans.

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere rigorously to established protocols and guidelines for interventional radiology procedures.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive medical records documenting procedures patient progress and outcomes.

Continual Learning and Education:

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in interventional radiology through continuous learning and active participation in relevant conferences and workshops.
  • Contribute significantly to the education and training of medical students residents and fellows.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
    • Board certification in Radiology and Interventional Radiology.

  • Procedural Expertise:

    • Proven experience in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures including angiography embolization stent placement biopsies and drainage procedures.

  • Imaging Technology Proficiency:

    • Proficient in utilizing fluoroscopy ultrasound CT and MRI to guide procedures and ensure precision.

  • Diagnostic Skills:

    • Strong ability to interpret imaging studies to diagnose conditions and plan appropriate interventions.

  • Patient Care Skills:

    • Skilled in evaluating and assessing patients to determine the most suitable interventional radiology procedures.
    • Effective communication with patients explaining procedures risks and benefits in a clear and empathetic manner.

Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly environment. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff. Schedule and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Manage room assignments and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Financial Responsibilities: Assist in the development and management of the front office budget. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences. Communicate effectively with staff and management, providing regular updates and reports. Handle correspondence and communication with guests, travel agents, and booking platforms. Technology and Systems: Ensure proper use and maintenance of front office systems and software. Train staff on new technologies and system updates. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front office operations. Quality Assurance: Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the front office area to ensure cleanliness and organization. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism.
