Technical Solutions SpecialistAs a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data pipelines and integrations using Uniphore's CDP platform and supporting components.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Solution Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Product Engineers to deliver complex customer use cases.Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.Cultivate junior Engineers on the team through coaching and mentorship.Design and configure workflows based on client business needs using SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure.Develop data models that support personalization, lookalike modeling, and omnichannel activation.Establish ETL pipelines across disparate sources and create unified customer views.Configure product features and external data connections (APIs, S3, etc.).Produce detailed technical documentation.Identify and resolve blockers proactively to ensure project timelines are met.Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional technical expertise, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
