JOB DESCRIPTION
As Senior Executive Level personnel, you should have solid experience in marketing and a clear vision to add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute digital/mainline marketing strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Maintain daily communication with clients for campaign execution
Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of brand’s performance on different platforms
Optimize online/offline content to increase customer engagement
Analyse online/offline campaigns’ success
Research about the latest technology, market trends, conversions & audience reach for better campaign executions.

Team Management
Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a large team
Ensure minimal attrition
Conduct regular meetings and ensure seamless execution
Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on a regular basis
Create strong back-ups within the department

JOB REQUIREMENT
Prior work experience of 4-5 years in Client Servicing / Account Management
Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
