You’ll be our: Brand Manager
You’ll be based at: Corporate office, Bangalore (IBC Knowledge Park)
You’ll be aligned with: Head of Marketing
You’ll be joining our: Brand Marketing Team
What you’ll do at Ather:
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns for products and services
- Strengthen brand positioning, build brand salience & aspiration
- Build brand equity via innovative campaigns & projects
- Mine for actionable consumer insights
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns
- Collaborate with Creative, Insights , PR, Media, Event, Program, Product and Sales teams
- Formulate and execute GTM strategy for Service Marketing, International Marketing and Allied products to drive business goals
- Manage brand alliances & associations
- Create pipeline of content & ideas with relevant 3rd parties
- Scout for sponsorship & association opportunities; events, films, shows, sports & more
- Collaborate with opinion-makers from industries like automobile, lifestyle, tech & more on brand relevant properties: offline & online
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in handling integrated campaigns across different product lines
- Knack of picking customer insights through data, interactions and observations
- Excellent cross functional working capabilities to ideate, align and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong brief-writing and execution skills
- Advanced agency-handling and partner-relationship management
- Moderate to advanced understanding of media planning and setting KPIs: Online & Offline
- Trade & sales understanding
- Openness to travel every month
What you bring to Ather:
- An MBA degree in marketing stream from tier 1/2 institutes
- Experience of 8-10 years in Marketing preferably from automotive industry
