This full-time, junior-level position requires an individual with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role demands a proactive approach to support the founders in driving strategic initiatives and managing operations efficiently. If you are passionate about contributing to the EdTech industry and possess a strong analytical mindset, we would like to hear from you.Qualifications and SkillsData Analysis (Mandatory skill) to interpret complex data sets and provide insightful, data-backed recommendations.Project Management (Mandatory skill) with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.Operations Management (Mandatory skill) to streamline business operations and improve processes for better efficiency.Strategic Planning to assist in formulating and implementing transformational strategies that align with company goals.Financial Modeling skills for creating financial forecasts and analyzing financial performance.Stakeholder Engagement to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.Market Research to identify market trends, understand competitive landscapes, and inform strategic decisions.Pitch Deck Creation to craft compelling presentations that effectively communicate business ideas and strategies to investors and partners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the founders in executing and managing strategic initiatives across different domains within the company.Conduct diligent research and analysis to support decision-making processes and business strategy formulation.Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient resource utilization.Collaborate with different teams to facilitate smooth operations and address critical business challenges.Create and deliver impactful presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback and maintain strong relationships that align with company goals.Leverage data analysis skills to provide actionable insights and drive strategic changes within the organization.Monitor market trends and industry changes to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
