Job SummaryWe have an immediate requirement for experienced Platform Administrators across Spotfire, QlikSense Cloud, and Tableau + Power BI platforms.The selected candidates will be responsible for administration, configuration, user management, and performance optimization of respective BI environments, ensuring smooth platform operations and adherence to data governance policies. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, configuration, and administration of assigned BI platforms (Spotfire / QlikSense / Tableau / Power BI)Manage user onboarding, roles, access permissions, and security policiesMonitor server health, usage, and performance, ensuring high availabilityTroubleshoot connectivity and data refresh issues across multiple environmentsImplement data governance and compliance practices in collaboration with IT and data teamsMaintain and optimize gateway connections, data sources, and content publishingSupport patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery procedures for BI platformsAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell or scripting tools (where applicable)Provide technical support and documentation for users and business stakeholdersRequired Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a BI Platform AdministratorStrong expertise in at least one of the following:Spotfire AdministrationQlikSense Cloud AdministrationTableau Server / Power BI Service AdministrationSolid understanding of user management, security models, and access controlExperience with data source configurations (SQL Server, Azure, etc)Proficiency in system performance tuning and troubleshootingExcellent communication and client coordination skills (UK shift coverage required)Good to HaveExposure to multiple BI platforms or cloud migrations.Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud infrastructure.Candidate Resume SubmissionName:Contact No:Email:Total Experience: ___ YearsCurrent CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Availability for Screening Call (with Laptop Mandatory): YES / NOResume Attached:Important:Only immediate joiners will be consideredCandidates must be available for the screening call with a laptop only then resumes will be processed furtherWork Mode: Hybrid, Chennai (3 Days per Week).Shift Time: UK ShiftNotice Period: Immediate Joiners Only (No Backouts)
