To accelerate our success, we are building a full Engineering team in India. This team will collaborate closely with our engineering teams in the United States, Nigeria, and Kenya to enhance our existing product and develop new lines.You will work closely with our Product and Data Science teams to design and maintain multiple technologies, including our API backend, credit scoring systems, payments integrations, and operations tools. We face complex technical challenges, such as maintaining financial systems and accessing creative data sources for our algorithmic credit model.As a team, we value innovation, decentralized decision-making, and customer-centricity.
