They will also demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumen, to identify key issues and deliver innovative and practical solutions.For more information on this exciting opportunity, please refer to the job description below:Job DescriptionAs a Short-Term Consultant, you will work closely with our teams and client institutions to assess current digital capabilities, design and implement digital strategies, and build institutional capacity to deliver inclusive, technology-enabled financial services in the areas of digital MSME banking, digital affordable housing finance, and digital transformation.Our ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in digital financial services within the financial sector, including consulting and banking. They will have demonstrated success in defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions, such as MSME banking solutions and/or affordable housing solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs are essential for this role.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 12 years of experience in digital financial services within the financial sector, including consulting and banking.Demonstrated success in defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions, such as MSME banking solutions and/or affordable housing solutions.Strong technical skillset across Core Banking System (CBS), Digital Payments, Internet & Mobile Banking Systems.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumen.Ability to communicate well in English.BenefitsThis assignment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of digital financial services and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities around the world.
