We help our customers navigate market shifts and drive sustained strategic growth.The Job Description:Design and build voice-first AI systems that connect phone calls to STT, LLM, and TTS pipelines ensuring seamless human-like interactions.Integrate telephony platforms (Twilio, Vonage, SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH) with real-time voice workflows focusing on scalability and low latency.Implement STT/TTS solutions using Whisper, Amazon Transcribe, Google Speech or Azure Cognitive Services maintaining high transcription accuracy and fast response times.Orchestrate LLMs using LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks to manage prompts tools and function calls achieving efficient and effective conversations.Develop robust APIs to write conversation outcomes into internal systems and trigger downstream actions ensuring data consistency and integration.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and backend teams to align on goals and deliverables fostering open communication and stakeholder management.Monitor and optimize performance across voice latency transcription accuracy and LLM response quality utilizing data-driven insights and SQL-based reporting for conversation analytics and system health.Essential Qualifications:8–10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in voice AI or conversational systems demonstrating expertise and leadership.
