Job Description: DevOps Architect

Experience: 12-16 years


What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead and optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based deployments for large-scale enterprise applications. You’ll bring hands-on expertise in infrastructure security, monitoring, and scalability while leveraging modern DevOps tools and best practices. If you’ve worked in dynamic environments solving complex challenges, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do


  • Infrastructure & Kubernetes Expertise: Design, set up, and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for large-scale deployments, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines and release management processes tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Logstash for system observability and error analysis.
  • Tool & Technology Enablement: Guide the evaluation, selection, and adoption of DevOps tools like Ansible, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and more, learning new technologies quickly as required.
  • Automation & Scripting: Leverage Python or shell scripting to automate operational tasks and enhance system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze logs, identify errors, and address application-level issues. Provide solutions for system bottlenecks and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Security & Best Practices: Implement and enforce security standards and DevOps best practices, especially on Kubernetes platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a DevOps team, driving collaboration and aligning efforts with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Who You Are


  • Experienced Architect: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools, with hands-on experience deploying microservices and web applications on K8s platforms.
  • DevOps Expert: Familiar with tools like Ansible, Prometheus, Kafka, and ElasticSearch from a setup and administration perspective.
  • Observability Focused: Skilled in using observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Kibana) to monitor system health and analyze application errors.
  • Automation-Driven: Proficient in Python or shell scripting and adept with Linux OS environments.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, capable of addressing application and infrastructure-level challenges.
  • Agile Advocate: Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-Starter & Leader: Motivated to explore new technologies and lead a DevOps team effectively.
