AI Engineer – Full-Time, Indore (SaaS Experience Preferred)

Company: Supersourcing (Hiring for Our Client)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 2+ years in AI/ML development (SaaS experience preferred but not mandatory)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new applications.
  • Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and performance across diverse data sets and environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve AI systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to innovate in the AI/ML domain.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role focused on AI/ML solutions.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience with data processing tools, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based ML services (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective collaboration.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams, demonstrating strong self-management and coordination skills.
  • SaaS experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with front-end integration of AI models (e.g., deploying models to web or mobile applications) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Note: This is a full-time, office-based role located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, working directly for our client through Supersourcing.
