**Job Summary:**
We’re looking for a Fashion designer to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical precision. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming innovative ideas into tangible, production-ready designs while ensuring the highest standards of fit, quality, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Development:**
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop functional, innovative, and aesthetically appealing products.
- Translate creative sketches into technical designs and specifications.
- Research and incorporate the latest in technical fabrics and performance technologies into product designs.

- **Technical Design:**
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and fabric specifications.
- Develop prototypes and oversee sample-making processes, ensuring alignment with design vision and technical requirements.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any design or fit challenges during development.

- **Fit and Quality Assurance:**
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit, silhouette, and comfort level.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards for durability, stretch, and performance.

- **Innovation and Sustainability:**
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in performance materials, sustainable production methods, and emerging design trends.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance product functionality and reduce environmental impact.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical product design, preferably in athleisure or performance wear.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and technical fabric properties.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and other design tools; knowledge of PLM software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation, functionality, and sustainable fashion.
