The Senior Standards and Governance Process Implementation will be instrumental in operationalizing and executing the standards and governance frameworks within our organization. This individual will take the lead in implementing new processes, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into our daily operations and that employees are fully trained on them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process improvement, and a solid understanding of compliance and governance.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Senior Standards and Governance Process Implementation, you will:

Implement and operationalize governance frameworks and standards across the organization. Work closely with process analysts to translate process designs into actionable steps for implementation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes. Manage projects related to standards and governance implementation, including timeline, resources, and budget. Train and guide staff on new processes and governance changes. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as needed. Assist with the development of implementation guidelines and documentation.


About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Standards and Governance Process Implementation if your background includes:

Demonstrated experience in process implementation or project management, with a focus on governance and compliance. Strong understanding of governance principles and process standardization. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
