Develop and implement the organization’s Master Data Governance strategy inalignment with business goals.-

Lead a team of data governance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, andperformance management.-

Collaborate with senior leadership to promote data governance as a critical businessenabler.-

Establish and maintain the data governance framework, including policies, procedures,and standards.Data Governance & Stewardship:-

Define and enforce data governance policies and processes across the organization,Ensure that master data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory andorganizational standards.-

Establish data quality metrics and implement data quality improvement initiatives.-

Utilize Exalca to manage, monitor, and maintain master data governance processeseffectively.-

Act as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment on datagovernance objectives.Master Data Management (MDM):-

Oversee the MDM program, ensuring that master data is effectively managed acrossall systems and processes.-

Lead efforts to standardize and harmonize master data across various businessfunctions.-

Manage the lifecycle of master data elements, including data creation, maintenance,and retirement.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:-

Work closely with data stewards, data owners, and business leaders to ensure that datagovernance activities support business needs.-

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review data governance progress andaddress any issues.-

Communicate data governance initiatives and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.Risk Management & Compliance:-

Identify and mitigate risks related to data governance and master data management.-

Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.G., GDPR, CCPA) andinternal policies.-

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to data governancestandards.Technology & Tools:-

Leverage Exalca and other data governance tools to support governance activities.-

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data governance tools with existing systems.-

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data governance andMDM.Required Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.-

12 to 16 years of experience in data governance, master data management, or arelated field.-

Proven experience in leading data governance initiatives in large, complexorganizations.-

Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, andMDM concepts.-

Specific experience with Exalca and other data governance tools and technologies(e.G., Collibra, Informatica, SAP MDG).-

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.-

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.-

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data issues and providesolutions.Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience in the IT services/Products/Startups sector.-

Certifications in data governance or MDM (e.G., CDMP, DGSP).-

Experience with data privacy regulations (e.G., GDPR, CCPA).-

Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling.
