Job Title: Financial Planning AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation and management of financial planning solutions that enable our clients to streamline their financial processes, enhance planning and forecasting, and improve overall performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial planning solutions using advanced analytics tools, with a strong focus on data transformation and integration.Build and maintain complex data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies, to support planning and forecasting.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design and manage data management tools and APIs to integrate Tagetik with external systems.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control, and participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with financial planning implementations, preferably in a similar industry or sector.Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using PBCS, FCCS, and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering, MCA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3)Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this exciting opportunity.
