Job Title: Financial Systems ExpertWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Oracle Fusion Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and configuring the Oracle Fusion Financials system.Key Responsibilities:Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.Analyze and resolve issues related to Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations, Subledger Accounting rules, and Journal creation and posting.Perform configuration updates, such as Lookups, Tax rules, Approval rules, Bank accounts, and Payment methods.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis with recommended solutions.Support Quarterly Updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, and validation of new features.Manage Service Requests with Oracle for product issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including configuration and customization.Strong understanding of financial systems, including accounting principles and tax laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the field of financial systems.Chance to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge financial systems.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
