Job Title: Network Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team. This role involves managing the company's IT infrastructure, including network management, security management, hosting and domain management, and vendor coordination.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Network / System Administration, strong knowledge of network, hosting & domain management, and the ability to manage vendors + internal IT support.Procurement, configuration and troubleshooting of IT equipmentNetwork Management:Manage network configurations and settingsMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issuesSecurity Management:Implement and maintain network security protocolsMonitor network traffic for security threatsHosting and Domain Management (GoDaddy):Manage hosting services and domain registrationsConfigure DNS settings and ensure optimal performanceDNS management:Manage DNS records and settingsEnsure accurate and efficient DNS resolutionZoom Administration and Troubleshooting:Manage Zoom accounts and configurationsTroubleshoot Zoom-related issuesServer and Remote Access Management (Trams hosting, Remote PCs):Manage server configurations and settingsEnsure secure remote access to servers and PCsVendor Coordination:Coordinate with vendors for IT servicesEnsure timely delivery of IT servicesIndia Support Team Management:Manage India-based support teamsEnsure effective communication and collaboration
