Our AI-powered platform helps enterprises increase organic search traffic, improve content performance, and drive revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies.Position OverviewRole OverviewWe’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist – Integrations & Automation to own the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with our global marketing systems and ensure smooth lead data handoffs to Sales.You’ll streamline automation, optimize data flow, and enhance marketing-sales alignment in a high-performance environment.What You’ll DoIntegrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with CRM and third-party martech platforms.Design and maintain API-based and native integrations for data synchronization.Manage lead lifecycle workflows – from capture to scoring, routing, and handoff.Collaborate with Sales Ops and Demand Gen to improve attribution and funnel visibility.Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation and data flow processes.Drive martech evaluations and ensure seamless onboarding into the ecosystem.Deliver dashboards, insights, and campaign reports to stakeholders.What You’ll Bring3–6 years’ experience in Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Martech Integrations.Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or Marketo.Strong grasp of lead scoring, routing, and attribution models.Basic SQL or data management knowledge.Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, Segment, Snowflake) preferred.Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.PreferredSalesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM certification.Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech.Familiarity with data privacy and governance (GDPR, CCPA).Compensation💰 Up to ₹30 LPA (Total CTC)⚠️ Candidates expecting compensation above ₹30 LPA need not apply.Why BrightEdgeBe part of a global martech operations team driving enterprise-scale impact.Work with AI-powered SEO and marketing automation technologies.Shape the way data connects marketing and revenue in a Fortune 100 ecosystem.Mandatory Requirements🚨 Critical Requirements - Please Read CarefullySaaS Marketing Operations: Must have direct experience leading end-to-end marketing operations for a SaaS-based organization. Agency or non-SaaS experience alone will not qualify.PST Working Hours: This role requires working primarily during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST). Candidates must be available for core collaboration hours and team meetings during PST business hours.30-Day Notice Period: Can join within 30 days of accepting the offer.
