The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead designated modules, ensure all assessment processes meet academic quality benchmarks, and contribute to curriculum enhancement in line with the university's framework.The key responsibilities of this role include:Delivering high-quality lectures, workshops, and tutorials in fashion promotion, branding, and marketing.Leading designated modules and ensuring all assessment processes meet academic quality benchmarks.Contributing to curriculum enhancement in line with the University of Central Lancashire academic framework.Guiding and supervising student projects, portfolios, and final dissertations.Providing academic and career mentorship to support student growth.Participating in research, consultancy, or industry-driven initiatives to strengthen the program's profile.Building strong connections with fashion and creative industry partners to enhance teaching relevance and student employability.The pre-requisites for this role include:Bachelor's/Master's degree (or higher) in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a closely related field.Experience in fashion designing, merchandising, or related fashion industry roles is required.7–10 years of total industry/academic experience, with a minimum of 2–5 years in teaching.5–7 years of professional and/or academic expertise in fashion promotion, branding, or creative industries.Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and student supervision.A strong professional network within the fashion or creative sector will be an added advantage.
