Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned security expert to spearhead our enterprise-wide security strategy.Security LeadershipEnterprise Security Architecture - Governance and Compliance, including driving adherence to industry benchmarks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR, and enforcing secure practices across all infrastructure.Policy, Automation, and Guardrails - design, implement, and enforce policies through code, embed continuous compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines, and build automated guardrails to ensure security resilience.Infrastructure Hardening and Drift Detection - develop and implement automated drift alerts and self-healing playbooks for VPCs, firewall rules, Kubernetes clusters, and endpoints to maintain a strong security posture.Monitoring, Logging, and Incident Response - configure cloud-based monitoring tools, SIEM exports, and custom alerts for critical security events; lead root-cause investigations, build detection logic, and develop runbooks for cloud-wide incidents.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies.Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices.Ability to drive cultural change and adoption of security practices.Experience with cloud-based security solutions and containerization.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) and security-focused tools (e.g. Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive compensation package.A comprehensive benefits program.
