Job Title: Field Sales Trainer Location: Pan India (Travel Required)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a training or coaching role. Experience in field sales training across different regions is highly desirable.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective sales training programs across various locations in India. This role requires extensive travel and a deep understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective training methodologies. The Field Sales Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales teams nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive sales training programs for field sales teams across multiple regions in India, ensuring consistency in training content and delivery.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Training and Development team to design and update training materials, modules, and manuals that align with company goals and objectives.
Sales Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching and support to sales teams, helping them to apply training concepts in real-world scenarios.
Performance Monitoring: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales performance metrics and gathering feedback from trainees.
Product Knowledge: Ensure that sales teams are well-versed in the company¦s products, services, and value propositions, enabling them to effectively communicate with customers.
Compliance and Best Practices: Educate sales teams on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Reporting: Prepare and present training reports, including progress updates, challenges encountered, and recommendations for improvement to the management team.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the training curriculum and methods.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master¦s degree or relevant certifications in training or sales management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a training or coaching role. Experience in field sales training across different regions is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
High level of organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
