Job Title: Sales Trainer - Learning & Development
**Job Type**: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions using various instructional techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and L&D.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to reinforce learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar L&D role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using training tools and software (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
Experience - 3-5 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
