Oracle HCM Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements.Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.Conduct functional testing and prepare test scripts.Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.Create documentation, training materials, and SOPs.Work with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Understanding of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.Preferred Modules Experience:Core HR.Payroll (Country-specific).Absence Management.OTL.Talent Management / Recruitment / Performance.Benefits & Compensation.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
