Quality Assurance Specialist – Capital MarketsWe are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with hands-on experience in manual testing and extensive knowledge of the Capital Markets domain.The ideal candidate will have direct client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a systematic approach to ensuring product quality across business-critical applications.Analyze business requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and execute manual testing.Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for capital market products.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.Handle client interactions independently, providing updates, clarifications, and UAT support.Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.Mandatory SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Manual / Functional QA.Strong expertise in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Asset Management.Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.Experience working with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proven experience in client-facing roles and handling testing deliverables independently.
