Coupa Administrator RoleWe are seeking a skilled Coupa professional to support our newly implemented platform.As the primary Coupa configuration expert, you will take ownership of system administration, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing optimization efforts.You'll work closely with Procurement, Finance, and AP stakeholders to ensure Coupa is delivering value—and share your knowledge to upskill team members, enhancing long-term support and resilience.Your key responsibilities will include:Serving as the lead Coupa system administrator, responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic improvements.Providing responsive support to end users (Procurement, Finance, AP, etc.), resolving issues and answering configuration-related queries.Maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Coupa configurations (e.g., business rules, approval chains, chart of accounts, suppliers, custom fields).Owning user onboarding and access provisioning, including training and permission setup.Proactively monitoring data quality (supplier data, catalogs, accounting structures) and recommending improvements.Leading or supporting system change requests, testing, validation, and rollout.Creating and maintaining clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.Supporting reporting and analytics efforts using Coupa dashboards or data extracts.Mentoring and upskilling internal team members in Coupa administration and configuration to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
