About the PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Forecasting and Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in cloud-based planning solutions to lead our demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and coordination across supply chain functions.5–10+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Management, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Hands-on experience with cloud-based planning platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan, etc.).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Experience working with large datasets and statistical forecasting methods.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective demand forecasting models using historical data and statistical techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across supply chain functions.Analyze and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Maintain accurate records and reports on supply chain performance.What We OfferA challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.A dynamic work environment with a talented team.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business results.
