Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale integrated township projects in Jodhpur. The role requires a proactive leader with expertise in community-based real estate developments involving land development, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercial infrastructure, as well as civil and MEP works. The selected candidate will ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and cost optimization across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules.
  • Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders .
  • Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices .
  • Implement value engineering to optimize project costs.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations .
  • Monitor and report progress through high-quality reports and presentations .
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management in line with organizational needs.

Specific Requirements (Project Manager Role)
  • Proven track record with real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries.
  • Strong exposure to large integrated townships : site developments, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercial and infrastructure works.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software .
  • Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills .
  • High efficiency in reporting and presentation .
