About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs and layouts that meet print-ready standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate print-ready files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopSet up print files correctly, including color profiles, overprint settings, font embedding, and resolution requirementsPrepare and troubleshoot print-ready PDFs and other deliverables by checking for resolution issues, font problems, and color space inconsistenciesUnderstand print production processes to select appropriate paper stock, page sizes, finishes, and folding/binding optionsInterpret client briefs and brand guidelines accurately to produce consistent and on-brand print materialsPerform quality control checks before submitting artwork to press to minimize errorsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExcellent communication and project management skillsA strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level.
