Job Title: Campus Relations ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Campus Relations Manager. This role will be responsible for establishing and nurturing corporate relations, generating placements, and creating opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented individual with a strong strategic mindset to lead our campus relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading generation, network development, database management, and campus relations. They will also plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes.Main Responsibilities:Lead Generation – Identifying new companies and developing data-driven strategies to engage with them.Network Development – Building relationships with senior professionals like CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs.Database Management – Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of corporates, POCs, CXOs, and CHROs.Campus Relations – Nurturing relationships with prospective recruiters and maintaining high standards of professionalism.Target Achievement – Meeting individual targets through structured outreach and delivery.Corporate Outreach – Planning and executing corporate outreach activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, and workshops.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Higher Education Industry.Sales and strategy orientation, knowledge about business school placements.Excellent organizational, administrative, quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes.Ability to meet targets assigned with a keen eye on planning, managing, and execution.Work Environment:The selected candidate will be working in a dynamic environment with a talented team of professionals. They will be expected to stay abreast of industry/economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of their outreach efforts.
