Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Frontend with a strong background in React.js and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in frontend development.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
Facilitate regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Frontend Development:
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web and mobile applications using React.js.
Ensure that the frontend code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and security.
Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and product managers, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects to streamline development and deployment processes.
Ensure automated testing and deployment practices are in place to maintain high-quality standards in production releases.
Who You Are
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
2+ years of experience in a management or team lead role, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring developers.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js/Next.js
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in building responsive web applications.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices in frontend development.
Proficiency in Git for version control.
Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure is a plus
Familiarity with Vue.js is a plus
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
