For more information visit: About the job:As a project coordinator, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams and our translators from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job and getting it done on time and within budget.You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, legal documents and software to clients around the world.Responsibilities:Talent management: you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education. You will conduct assessments and screen resources for every projectCreating workflows, checklists and delivery schedules for projectsCoordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines and deliveriesContinuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project managerMaintaining project reports, vendor feedback and costing sheets for every projectEnsure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs.Prepare POs for vendors and co-ordinate with the finance team for paymentsMaintain good relationships with all internal and external teamsContinuously evaluate external vendors and look for new vendorsDeliver files to clients and incorporate changes based on their feedbackWho we're looking for:In one sentence: someone with excellent people and time management skills.You will be interacting with many people from all over the world every day. You have to coordinate with several teams to make sure everything works well. You need to find innovative solutions to problems and have several backup plans for each project.Your goal every day will be to ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget AND that the clients and vendors are happy to work with us.Qualifications:EXCELLENT written and spoken English communication skillsAny under graduation or post-graduation degreeMinimum 1.5-3 years of work experience in a similar roleWorks well under pressure and tight deadlinesGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to multitaskPunctual and flexibleGood negotiation skillsTechnical Skills:Excel/google sheetsAny CAT tool (not strictly required)Note: This is a full-time on-site opportunity.
