You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences across multiple channels.In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:Designing and implementing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other marketing technologies.Creating and managing real-time and scheduled campaigns based on customer data and behavior.Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.Monitoring and optimizing journey performance using AJO analytics and reporting tools.Your ProfileYou are a detail-oriented and innovative developer with a strong understanding of customer experience platforms and marketing automation.
