Role Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate Architect to join our dynamic team at Studio AJAD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural and interior projects, drafting working drawings, leading design teams, and ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all project deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards.


Qualifications & Responsibilities:

-Education : Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture

-Experience : 7+ years in architectural design and project management

-Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design and modeling software

-Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead projects

-Client Management : Experience in client management and project coordination, ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle

-Design Creation : Develop comprehensive plans and working drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of each project

-Site Evaluations : Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards

-Language Proficiency : Fluency in English with strong creative and presentation skills

-Industry Awareness : Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and materials in architecture and interior design
