Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Architect at Confluence in New Delhi. The Associate Director will oversee and manage multidisciplinary design projects, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Design Leadership, and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary design projects
  • Knowledge of architectural, interior design, and landscaping principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
