About the JobThis is a key position for an experienced Peoplesoft technical expert who will work with business partners and developers to gather requirements and analyze existing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Gather business needs from stakeholders and develop technical designs to enhance Peoplesoft applications.Deliver projects in HR Automation, Benefits, and Payroll experience enhancements.Analyze existing customizations and resolve technical issues in MSS, Benefits, and NA Payroll.Provide training and support to internal customers to improve their daily work processes.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft technical (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, Peoplesoft Security).A minimum of 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft HR Technical (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits).Proficiency in writing complex Oracle SQL queries for data analysis.Experience in working on Peoplesoft COBOLs, Peoplesoft Admin Issues, and Linux Shell Scripting for Automation.
