Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to lead the implementation of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CLM implementations, including project management, system design, workflow configuration, template harmonization, data migration, and user testing.They will troubleshoot high-complexity issues across workflows, integrations, and contract data, ensuring seamless operations.The successful candidate will support continuous enhancement of CLM capabilities, driving business value through process improvements.Stakeholder Engagement & LeadershipAs a trusted advisor, they will collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and technical teams on CLM implementation matters, translating business requirements into functional specifications.They will advise on best-practice contracting processes, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across global teams.Process Improvement & CLM GovernanceThe successful candidate will assess current processes and design improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and compliance, prioritizing enhancements and managing workflow redesign.They will lead UAT cycles, ensuring new features and changes meet business needs, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.Documentation & Knowledge EnablementMaintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will create comprehensive workflow guides, user instructions, and configuration logic.They will develop and deliver training materials to support new features and processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data QualityThe successful candidate will configure metadata and obligation types, ensuring accurate classification and extraction, working closely with AI/NLP tools to refine prompts and improve extraction accuracy.They will perform iterative testing, ensuring data integrity across contract repositories, validating results and refining processes as needed.Project ManagementThe ideal candidate will support and execute project management activities related to CLM implementations, managing project plans, tracking activities, and preparing project status updates and reports.Ambitious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments with a passion for process improvement and technology adoption are encouraged to apply.
