You must have managed large P&Ls, have a track record of building teams that number in the hundreds or thousands, and be known as an 'advisor's champion' - a leader who fights for, mentors, and empowers their team.The compensation package includes substantial co-founder equity, direct profit/revenue share, zero capital investment, and full autonomy.
