Our remote team collaborates closely with U.S.-based project managers and construction professionals to deliver accurate, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and provide progress reporting to ensure successful project execution. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams to track performance, manage delays, and implement recovery plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS ProjectMonitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actionsCoordinate labor, materials, and equipment planning with project teamsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clientsSupport project cost and time control through Earned Value Management (EVM) techniquesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on milestones and deliverablesSkills & ExperienceProficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS ProjectExperience in EPC, infrastructure, or commercial construction projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesKnowledge of EVM principles (PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field3–8 years of experience in project planning or schedulingWhy Join Us100% remote position supporting major U.S. projectsCollaborative, innovative, and growth-focused cultureOpportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and commercial developmentsHow to Apply If you’re passionate about precision planning and want to be part of a dynamic, technology-driven construction team, apply now with your updated resume.
