This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project planning and execution, contributing to effective management and timely project delivery.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Planning Engineer (Mandatory skill) is critical for coordinating all projects effectively.Strong experience with AutoCAD is necessary for creating precise and detailed civil engineering designs.Familiarity with Civil 3D is required for better civil infrastructure project visualization and planning.Competency in Microsoft Project is essential for managing project schedules, resources, and progress tracking efficiently.Knowledge of GIS Software is valuable for managing, analyzing, and mapping data relevant to the construction sites.Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) enhances the collaboration and design optimization phases of projects.Project Management skills help in coordinating various project resources and tasks towards successful completion.Understanding of Structural Analysis Software contributes to ensuring the stability and safety of civil engineering solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans and monitor progress through all stages of the project lifecycle.Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the planning integrates all relevant design details.Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines.Analyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization.Prepare and present reports and updates on project progress to stakeholders and management.Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering and safety standards and regulations.Resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise during the planning and execution stages.Liaise with various departments to assist in resource allocation and logistics planning.
