About: FMCG company specializing in a diverse range ofhighquality products including dairy Namkeen ice cream frozen foodsand masalas. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head ofSales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across theseproduct categories.JobDescription:RoleOverview: The Head of Sales will be responsible fordeveloping and executing sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets for our dairy namkeen ice cream frozen foods and masalaproducts. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven trackrecord in sales management and a deep understanding of the FMCGmarket.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth andachieve revenue targets across the product categories: dairynamkeen ice cream frozen foods andmasalas.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales teamto ensure high performance and achievement of salesgoals.
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities and expand market presence.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors andretailers.
  • Analyze market trends customer needsand competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and productdevelopment.
  • Monitor and report on salesperformance metrics including revenue market share and customeracquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing productdevelopment and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and optimizeproduct offerings.
  • Develop and manage the salesbudget including forecasting and costcontrol.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a relatedfield. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience insales leadership roles within the FMCG sector with a strong focuson dairy namkeen ice cream frozen foods andmasalas.
  • Demonstrated success in developing andexecuting sales strategies achieving revenue targets and managing ahighperforming sales team.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Ability to work independently andmake strategic decisions in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in sales managementsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
