Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across our nutraceutical product lines. This role requires a proven track record in the nutraceutical industry, with expertise in both online and offline sales channels and a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales across all Nutraceutical product lines.

Manage and optimize online and offline sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, and direct-to-consumer sales.

Oversee and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.

Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on nutraceutical or health and wellness products.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.

Experience in managing and growing e-commerce sales channels.

Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
