Security VisionaryThe Director of Security (Acting CISO / Head of Security) role involves defining, implementing, and continuously improving security, compliance, and risk management programs to ensure the organization's safety.Establish a company-wide security vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals.Engage with the executive leadership team to define risk tolerance, priorities, and investment needs for security initiatives.Present the organization's security posture, risks, and major initiatives to the Senior leadership and key external stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the organization's assets and data.Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the organization remains secure and compliant with regulations.Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure systems, infrastructure, and applications that meet the organization's needs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in risk management, compliance, and security governance.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.A collaborative and supportive team culture that fosters innovation and creativity.
