Job Title:Creative Director – Visionary ArtistJob DescriptionAs a Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision for game and digital-twin experiences in Unreal Engine.You will focus on high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with your artistic vision.Guiding art teams, setting clear creative and visual standards inside the engine is essential for achieving success in this role.Collaboration with engineering and design teams to support creative goals is also crucial.Oversee final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Provide direction for large virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Required Skills and Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or interactive projects.Strong experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions.Proven leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects.Solid artistic foundation in environment, cinematic, or visual design.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Software ExpertiseUnreal Engine 4/5 (Expert) – strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Experience with major 3D content tools like Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Skilled in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Proficient with 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Familiar with production and collaboration tools like Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems.Experience using clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows tools.
