You’ll beresponsible for ensuring that the agency’s ideas and strategies translate into measurablebusiness success — both for our clients and for the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership● Lead the strategic planning and creative thinking function across key client portfolios.● Design and implement brand and communication strategies that solve real businesschallenges.● Use data, consumer insights, and cultural trends to shape actionable brand narrativesand campaign platforms.● Partner with leadership and creative teams to develop breakthrough campaigns thatare both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.Business & Revenue Growth● Build and own revenue mapping and strategic growth plans for key client accounts.● Identify opportunities for organic account growth through new initiatives, digitaltransformation, and brand innovation.● Work closely with the business and client servicing teams to forecast, monitor, anddeliver revenue targets.● Contribute to new business pitches, ensuring strategic rigor and creativedifferentiation.● Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them align brand actions with broaderbusiness goals.Creative Partnership● Collaborate closely with Creative Directors to transform insights into powerful creativeterritories and ideas.● Ensure that every creative output is rooted in strategy and connected to measurablebrand KPIs.● Encourage experimentation and storytelling that drive both brand equity andbusiness performance.Leadership & Mentorship● Mentor strategists and planners, nurturing their strategic, analytical, and storytellingcapabilities.● Build and scale internal processes that align strategy, creative, and business teamstoward shared goals.● Lead workshops, ideation sessions, and training to elevate strategic thinking acrossthe organization.What You Bring● 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand consulting,preferably in a top-tier agency or marketing environment.● Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth, client retention, and businessperformance.● Strong understanding of brand planning, communication strategy, and consumerbehavior.● A portfolio of insight-led campaigns that demonstrate impact on brand and businessoutcomes.● Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and leadership skills.● Strong commercial understanding — ability to link strategy and creativity to businessgrowth metrics.What We Offer● A strategic leadership seat in shaping the agency’s growth and creative direction.● Opportunity to work with visionary brands and cross-functional leaders.● A culture that values intelligent creativity, ownership, and business thinking.● Clear growth path toward Chief Strategy Officer or Head of Innovation & Growth roles.Location: GurugramExperience- 15+ years
