Job TitleSenior Manager / Assistant Vice President – Corporate Access (CAG)Location: MumbaiExperience7+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Access / Investor Relations / Capital MarketsRole OverviewThe incumbent will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships between listed corporates and institutional investors. The role involves conceptualizing and executing high-impact corporate access initiatives, including roadshows and investor conferences, while contributing strategically to the firm’s corporate access and capital markets franchise.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Investor Relationship ManagementDevelop, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with listed corporates, senior management teams, and institutional investors.Act as a trusted interface between corporates and domestic as well as global investor communities.Ensure seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders.Corporate Access ExecutionPlan, organize, and execute Domestic and International Roadshows, Investor Conferences, and Reverse Roadshows for institutional clients.Oversee end-to-end execution including scheduling, logistics, content alignment, and post-event follow-ups.Ensure high-quality investor engagement experiences aligned with client objectives.Strategic Initiatives & Idea GenerationConceptualize innovative corporate access ideas and formats to enhance engagement between corporates and investors.Identify emerging trends in investor engagement and propose differentiated offerings.Support business development by contributing to new client acquisition and engagement strategies.Market & Domain ExpertiseLeverage strong understanding of equity markets, sector dynamics, and investor preferences to create relevant access opportunities.Stay updated on market developments, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in corporate access and investor relations.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong networking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.In-depth knowledge of equity capital markets and institutional investor ecosystem.Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and execution excellence.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in Corporate Access / Investor Relations within a Brokerage, Investment Bank, AMC, or Financial Services firm.Proven track record of successfully executing corporate access events and investor engagement initiatives.
