We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Rohit Batra Teach. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting candidates throughout their journey. Below are the responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a database of leads.
  • Track the progress of leads through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone, or social media.
  • Conduct initial vetting of candidates using a structured questionnaire.
  • Arrange and schedule calls between candidates and the mentor.
  • Assist candidates in preparing for their consultations.
  • Respond to queries received through website forms promptly and professionally.
  • Address inquiries on social media platforms and ensure candidates receive accurate information.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application process.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable tone in all interactions.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales experience upto 2 years. Beginners/freshers can apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and social media platforms will be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
