Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate tele sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
