Location : PAN INDIA Job Summary: We are looking for BusinessObjects (BI 4.x) Administration , providing end-to-end platform support in a 24/7 production environment . Skilled in managing BO servers, services, and security through Central Management Console (CMC) , performing upgrades, patches, and migrations, and ensuring high availability of reporting systems. Experienced in troubleshooting performance issues, report failures, and server-level problems using logs and monitoring tools. Strong understanding of Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, UDT/IDT , and integration with Windows Server, Tomcat/WebSphere, and Oracle/SQL Server databases . Proficient in LDAP/AD, SSO setup , ITIL processes, and incident/service request management using ServiceNow . Known for strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with BI and business teams to ensure seamless reporting operations.
