Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with a proven track record of success in leading finance teams and driving business growth.The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact the company's performance.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 6-9 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
