This unique role blends fund management, financial leadership, and regulatory compliance under the SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in alternative investments, distressed situations, and growth capital, along with proven financial and compliance leadership.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesFund & Investment Management       •      Drive investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.       •      Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, execution, and exits.       •      Monitor portfolio performance, valuation, and investor reporting.       •      Develop and maintain relationships with, family offices, institutional investors, and regulators.Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Functions       •      Oversee financial reporting, NAV computation, treasury, and fund accounting.       •      Supervise audits, investor statements, reconciliations, and tax compliance.       •      Manage capital calls, distributions, IRR models, valuations and performance dashboards.Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Functions       •      Act as the designated Compliance Officer under SEBI AIF Regulations.       •      Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, FEMA, Companies Act, IBC, and taxation rules.       •      Monitor governance, AML/KYC, conflict-of-interest policies, and fiduciary duties.       •      File SEBI reports, investor disclosures, and periodic returns in a timely manner.       •      Ensure compliance staff and fund personnel hold required SEBI/NISM certifications.⸻Qualifications       •      Mandatory Certification:       •      NISM-Series XIX-C/D: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification (as per SEBI AIF regulations for Fund Managers & Compliance Officers).       •      Education (any one or more): CA, CFA,CMA, CS, MBA (Finance/Strategy), LLB+LLM, or equivalent.       •      Experience: Minimum 5+years of proven experience in AIFs, private equity, venture capital, distressed assets, investment banking, or fund advisory.       •      Strong grasp of SEBI AIF framework, corporate laws, accounting, and governance standards.⸻Preferred Attributes       •      Track record in special situations, distressed assets, M&A, or growth capital.       •      Strong investor relations, fundraising, and deal negotiation skills.       •      Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional operations.       •      High ethical standards with a solution-driven mindset.⸻Why Join Us?       •      Entrepreneurial opportunity to shape a growing Alternative Investment Platform.       •      Leadership role with direct impact on strategy, compliance, and investor trust.       •      Long-term incentives aligned with fund growth and performance
